01 / THE FOUNDING

Built together. Led with purpose.

ADHDEsports was founded by Joshua Ashbaugh—JoshDisciple—and Shawn Jadron—Jaytek. Josh serves as Founder and Owner, carrying primary organizational responsibility and legal ownership. Shawn, who typically goes by Jay, serves as Co-Founder and Co-Owner, participating in operations and major decisions while helping shape the direction of the organization.

Before starting ADHDEsports, both founders moved through staff and leadership roles in other esports organizations and gaming communities. Those experiences helped define what they wanted to build differently.

02 / COMPETITIVE ROOTS

Experience behind the structure.

Josh began in competitive Call of Duty as an anchor and support player during an era when those roles were more formally defined. Jay’s competitive gaming background began with Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. The two later competed together in Apex Legends through ALGS Challengers Circuit competition and various online tournaments.

That shared history shapes an organization interested in more than a logo over a roster: sustainable teams, capable staff, honest expectations, and a community that can grow around the competitors.

03 / ADHD ADVANTAGE

Different is not lesser.

#ADHDAdvantage is the idea that traits often treated only as obstacles can also contribute energy, creativity, adaptability, pattern recognition, intense focus, and resilience when people have the right structure and support. It is not a medical claim or a suggestion that every person experiences ADHD the same way.

Focus different. Play different.
